Smoke Alarms
SMOKE ALARMS: FittedIt is highly recommended that that you have all smoke alarms assessed and tested by a qualified electrician prior to occupancy Have all areas of the building as well as outbuildings assessed
Hallway
LOCATION: Central Hallway
FLOORS: Areas of the floor have failed: Injury to persons could occur
We highly recommend that you have a carpenter assess and advise prior to purchase and/or occupation
Treat issue with a sense of urgency
FLOORS: The flooring evidences minor bounce and squeak in areas
It is common for framing timbers to have natural shrinkage or settlement where the flooring has minor separation from the joists
The flooring was considered to be secure where typical repairs such as chocking to joists might be required
However, please also refer to section 'Sub-Floor' further information may be available: A qualified carpenter would be best suited to assess this issue

Hard To Open
The hinged door is hard to open and close and/or needs adjustment
Adjustment and/or renewal may be needed
A qualified shower screen technician would be best suited to assess this issue
