1. What is involved in a inspection? What happens during an inspection?

The two most important areas to consider for structural adequacy are 'FOUNDATIONAL ISSUES' and 'PRIMARY LOAD BEARING WALLS'. Our inspectors (where accessible) get under the house and into the roof to perform a thorough inspection of all internal and external walls.
