The Inspection Process

We aim to make the inspection process as easy and efficient as possible for our clients. We are aware that at times, clients require information quickly in order to make important financial decisions.

Detailed below is the prompt and efficient three-step process that occurs prior to the delivery of a report. Our reliability and efficiency gives our clients the ability to make well-informed and confident purchases.

• Upon receipt of your booking, we contact the agent and or vendor to arrange an inspection time of the property. Once an inspection time has been organised we will communicate that time to you and check if you would like to attend.
• Most inspections take between 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. Once this has taken place, our inspector will contact you to provide a brief overview of the main inspection findings.
• A copy of the inspection report is then sent to you the following day. Our inspectors are available to discuss any aspect of the report with you once you have received your report.
